Summer Camp 2023

The Deep River Parks and Recreation Commission is once again providing an exciting, organized, fun filled, quality eight week program for children entering grades 1 through 7. The camp runs from 8:30 to 3:30 with pre-camp from 8:00-8:30. 

Camp will begin on June 19th and meet M-F, with the exception of Monday,July 3 & 4. Camp will end on Friday, August 11th.

Swimming will be an activity offered while the camp is at Plattwood. Due to the shortage of lifeguards, camp personnel will be assigned to serve as waterfront staff when campers are swimming or near the water.  If you prefer your child not swim when there is no posted lifeguard, please indicate that at camper drop off or send an email or include a note with your camp registration. 

The camp will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at Plattwood Park  (weather permitting) and at DRES on Tuesday and Thursday.
