NOTICE OF AUCTION TO BE HELD ON Wednesday, July 5, 2023
The Town of Deep River will hold an auction on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at the Deep River Highway Department, 206 Winthrop Road, Deep River, CT at 8:00am of abandoned personal property of evicted residential tenant(s) Bonnie Chiaradio and Kerri Chiaradio; which was stored by the Town of Deep River pursuant to section 47a-42a (c) of the Connecticut General Statutes. All items will become the possession of the highest bidder. Auction will be by lot only. Property is to be sold "as is." The property will be sold without warranty or representation of any kind as to its condition or title.  It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove all possessions from the property on July 5, 2023 by 3:00 pm.  If there are no bids, we will dispose of the property.
