The Deep River Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 7:00 pm via Zoom Video conference, for the following:

Continuation of hearing on Modification of existing Special Permit for Solid Waste Volume Reduction Facility/Transfer Station at 400 Commercial Drive.  Applicant:  Eastern Transfer Station.

Text amendment application to revise Section 4.26 (Preservation & Recreation Zone) to allow "General Merchandise/Arts and Crafts Market" by Special Exception;  Applicant:  Kim Bartolotta.
