The electors and those persons eligible to vote in town meetings of the Town of Deep River, Connecticut, are hereby warned and notified that a Special Town Meeting will be held at the Richard H. Smith Town Hall, 174 Main Street, Deep River, Connecticut, on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 6:30pm:

To approve expenditures from the Town’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the following:

Accounting Software; Cost $85K

Generator for the Town’s Public Works facility of $25K

Total expenditures: $ 110K
